Free Basic Training
Basic training is included.
Basic Training will be provided to personnel assigned by the company to the Administrator roll. Several formats are available including, virtual online training (VOT), virtual seminars, videos, the online Help WIKI, webinars, or some combination of these delivery methods. Basic training is virtual and does not include travel to the customer’s site.

Basic Support includes initial configuration of the software (branding, URL, SSL, settings, etc)
Basic User Support will be provided to personnel assigned by the company to the Administrator roll to provide help with basic troubleshooting to resolve simple issues like passwords, locked out members, login accounts creation, etc.
Basic Technical Support
Basic Technical Support includes:
Error Correction (Bug Fixes) is applied when any material defect in the Software (Error) is discovered that has an adverse effect on its use or operation. Issues with “imported data” are not considered Error Correction.
Updates are applied to correct or revise a version of the Software which either corrects an error or enhances the existing software without adding new functionality.
Upgrades
Upgrade Services are included.
An “Upgrade” includes substantial new functionality as compared to the instance currently in use.
Security
Site hosting uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.
Site communications with the database (db) is encrypted. A penetration test was performed.
Site access is password protected. No personally identifiable information (PII) is available without valid log in and confirmed security role.
User access is assigned by the site administrator. Only users identified as requiring access to information will be granted access.
Data access inside webSMaRT is role based and is set and managed by the site administrator to protect data and functionality. All information is backed up nightly.

Data Migration
webSMaRT comes with data migration functions built in, but sometimes, knowing exactly which data to import and how to format it can be challenging. Whether it is gathering your data, formatting it, or mapping it for use in webSMaRT, we can help.
The import and verification of the data will be a time and materials contract and will be billed at the Professional Services rate.
Data Interface Tables
Creating continuing connections to other software vendors
The interface can be created by Training Solutions Inc, the other software company, or the client.
TSI can provide tables and fields for mapping and exporting the Client’s software through the interface into webSMaRT; or
The other provider can provide access and their software table field names and TSI will build an interface.
Assuming the Client can get the required table information from the other software vendors, TSI’s time to create the interface, verify the data, and test will be a time and materials contract and will be billed at the Professional Services rate.

TSI recommends a low tiered BSP for the first year to provide prepaid access to TSI experts for data import, setup recommendations, and advanced training on webSMaRT functionality.
