How webSMaRT Works
webSMaRT, the Most Powerful, Integrated and Intuitive software for Safety, Training, and Compliance, is the only compliance management suite designed from the ground up to meet the requirements of a professional workforce in a high compliance environment.
The eight modules listed below all work together to holistically manage your compliance programs.
Module 1. Individual Compliance
Each individual employee is granted system access and is accountable for their own compliance status.
Module 2. Document Control
Document management and revision control, including our unique ‘Replaces’ feature, which automatically updates the requirements matrix when documents are revised.
Module 3. Organization and Staffing
The ORGs Tab allows you to assign people to organizations, which determines report generation, as well as reporting relationships, and assigns a coordinator and manager to each person.
Module 4. Training and Scheduling
Schedule classes, notify participants, enter training completion and document all training for every member, regardless of job or organization assignments!
Module 5. Jobs and Compliance
The Jobs tab allows you to create Jobs, manage the relationships between jobs, add employees and contractors to jobs, group them by location or discipline, and set up inheritances and hierarchies for job progression and career development mapping.
Module 6. Human Resources
Manage all HR related aspects of your employees and contractors. Assign Jobs and Organizations, securely store HR documents such as performance reviews, resumes, written counseling documents, etc. Mange all personally identifiable information securely.
Module 7. Reporting and Oversight
Over 70 base reports, all customizable and filterable. Automated email notification system for expiring requirements, upcoming training. Dashboard provides an easy to interpret graphical representation of both individual and group compliance.
Module 8. Admin and Security
Security roles are assigned to each individual that limits their access to webSmaRT to only the information they need to perform their job. Administrators have full access to webSMaRT, while coordinators have more limited access.
Implementing Compliance
Building the matrix is a three step process. 1] Add requirements from the Document Library to each job, 2] Add people from the Member Directory to Jobs, 3] Then allow webSMaRT to build the matrix and assign the requirements to your workforce automatically.
