The Jobs tab allows you to create Jobs, manage the relationships between jobs, add employees and contractors to jobs, group them by location or discipline, and set up inheritances and hierarchies for job progression and career development mapping.

Security roles are assigned to each individual that limits their access to webSmaRT to only the information they need to perform their job. Administrators have full access to webSMaRT, while coordinators have more limited access.
Building the matrix is a three step process. 1] Add requirements from the Document Library to each job, 2] Add people from the Member Directory to Jobs, 3] Then allow webSMaRT to build the matrix and assign the requirements to your workforce automatically.
